"I called Aire Serv perform routine maintenance on my central A/C systems (I have 3).  I bought the house a little over 9-months ago, and after the hot summer we had last year, I wanted to make sure that everything was in proper working order before the summer arrives.  I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days.  I was in no rush since this was not an emergency situation.   <br /> The technician arrived on time and quickly got to work after I pointed out the location of the three condensing units.  He spent approximately 1 hour per system cleaning and testing it.  He found that each of my larger systems was 1.5 pounds low on Freon, which he believes was due to loose valve caps on the air handlers in the attics.  Also, he found a switch that was nearly burnt on one of my units that could potentially lead to a system failure during the summer.  He had the part on his truck and was able to replace it on the spot for around $100.   <br /> <br /> Lastly, he found a major Freon leak in the evaporator coil of my smallest unit, which will requires replacement.  Fortunately I have a home warranty and was able to call and request Aire Serv as the service provider to conduct the repair.  The warranty company  has decided to cover the replacement of the entire air handler for this system, so I will be leaving a review of Aire Serv's performance on the air handler repair later.   <br /> <br /> Overall, the experience with Aire Serv was excellent.  The technician was very courteous not to get dirt and grass all over the inside of the house and was professional from beginning to end.  "

"He called me back about 15 minutes after I called (you don't need to leave a message unless it is an emergency, I guess he uses caller id to call everyone else back).  Our air conditioner wasn't cooling and a bend in a pipe on our air handler was freezing over.  He said he could work me in the same day and would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was very prompt.  He was very polite and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.  He added the freon we needed, added insulation to the pipe that was freezing over and washed/cleaned the condenser unit outside.  He also made sure to check the temperature from multiple vents to be sure that had fixed the problem.  I will definitely use him again! <br />"

Allan came to look at the job the same day that I contacted him, he assessed my attic insulation and ventilation and made recommendations that would bring it up to a R49 value. He had the best price by far and was awarded the job. He and his crew arrived promptly on the appointed day and worked without interruption till completion. "I have been delighted with Montgomery. They are absolutely wonderful. I do twice a year. They come out and do maintenance on my system in the fall and the summer. The price is within line of everyone elses. I could have and I didn't but I may but they give you a little bit of a break if you sign a contract with them. I have to wait to see how somebody works before I sign a contract but I think I may. The fact that they are there. My air conditioner went out on a Saturday and of course for everybody else even if they have a 24 hour service, most of them do, you're gonna have to float a loan to pay for what they did. That man had never heard of me before. I called him and it happened to be the owner. He was on call. He came and he does not live near me either, but he got out here within a couple hours and diagnosed the problem and got me rolling. I can't tell you how wonderful that is. That's the reason I switched to them. He is just as nice as can be. They are wonderful. I am using them now and unless they do something really horrible I will be using them."

"Online scheduling was exceptionally easy and straight forward. Actual arrival time of personnel was about four hours behind schedule however, they did call in advance to notify of the delay. I did find the cost high for cleaning and deodorizing two recliners which took less than one hour. I will likely use them again as there is not much competition in this service area."
