"Mr . Joe contacted me early on June 25, 2024. I told him what I needed replacing. He said he could come by and look at what needed to be done with my Attic replacement stairs. He called me when he got into the driveway of my home. He looked at the Old Attic ladder & Door that needed replacing. Quoted me a very reasonable price. He said I can replace it for you now. I said great ?. He left and went to the store to buy the replacement ladder and picked up a helper. The job was completed in 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with his work. "Very friendly;however, half way through the job, they starting using only one screw per board instead of two. Now the boards are starting to bow and pull away from the bottom. The 2 gates that were built are dragging the ground and twisting. They will not latch anymore."
