They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. "I do not know the price as my husband took care of it. I think the thing was they came out and they had three crews working and they came out and got it done. The guys that worked on roof worked very hard. They did there job. We did have a problem afterwards but that may have existed beforehand but they are coming back to look at it. They had replaced rotted boards and fixed some leaking from the gutters by replacing them. They're responsive, there is a lot of phone tag but they always call back. But in today's world things are different than what they were long time ago. They were on top of it. They came when they said they were going to. They worked right thru and they worked hard.
