"First they sent someone to estimate the cost. The planned layout was not perfect and exact. I had couple of email exchanges trying to correct the terms and conditions to reflect exactly what I discussed. In spite of doing that the final contract omitted mentioning that the job includes the removal of the old fence, and that the fence has to project one foot at the garage door. I was therefore expecting some trouble at the installation time. Although the starting date got slightly delayed the crew that came to install the fence and remove the old fence did a wonderful job. Three persons came, one of them Manuel being the Boss. Manuel's behavior and conduct during the entire job was spotless, courteous, understanding, and efficient. There were no arguments or questions. He changed the alignment to project the fence 1 ft near the garage and he removed the old fence. I would recommend All American Fence Inc. I woud not hesitate to recommend Manual and All American Fences Inc."

"I was very pleased with the fence installment. They were very timely from first meeting to start day (it did not take a long time to get them out and do the job. They also did excellent follow-up after our initial meeting. The only two complaints I have are: 1) The installment day they told me they would arrive about 7:15-7:30. They were late and did not call. I needed to be at an appointment so I phoned at 8:45 and they said they would be here in 30 minutes. They were another hour late and didn't call. I called again and they said they were out back. They should have called first or come to the front door to let me know they were here so I could show them what we wanted and leave for work. So on this front, they need to be more professional and call to let the customer know they will be late. And 2) When I had the original meeting to take measurements I mentioned that the only requirement was that they not use aliens on their work team. I was assured that this would not happen. When they showed up, there were three men (2 Americans and one Mexican). By that time it was too late and I didn't say anything. But those two complaints aside, they did a beautiful job on the fence. The excellent work they did more than made up for the two complaints I mentioned. It was custom made, aesthetic, and very well built. We are very pleased and would recommend Deck Cetera to neighbors and friends."

"Manny was great! Hanged, taped, mudded, and sanded roughly 8.5' X 8' wall that I framed... had 'my studs' not been slightly twisted, bowed and warped the wall would be 100% perfect. Manny's work was excellent and the wall is smooth no divots or gaps. I provided the drywall and corner bead. Will definitely hire Manny again!"
