We had water coming in, when we had had rain that went sideways. Troy made sure there would not be anymore leaks. We will be using his business for future projects."

"We hired Dr. Sweep to inspect and clean our chimney. They offered a $100 discount so we paid $250. The tech presumably cleaned our chimney and suggested $3000 worth of work we should have done to our chimney. Right after our first fire, the entire house smelled of burning wood for days. We used a creosote log to clear the smell, which it partially did. The next time we used our fireplace, the smell lasted for a week. We contacted Dr. Sweep and the tech who cleaned our chimney, Randy, responded that such smell can happen and listed potential causes, none of which were applicable. After I responded with that explanation, the tech suggested that we switch to a gas fireplace. I then went back to Angi and found another company, CJW Chimney, that just completed to clean our chimney. They said that it had not been properly cleaned and that there were items such as leaves still on the shelf inside the chimney. I will never use Dr. Sweep again!"

He completed the job in a very timely manner and was extremely trustworthy. He was honest when it came to pricing and the timeline in which he could finish the job. I have an inspection coming up so I really needed help. It took him 5 hours, but my house looks as good as when I moved in. He helped organize a few things and cleaned areas I could not.
