"If I could give A+ for each category, I would. MJA was highly recommended to me by a neighbor. I thank this woman every time I see her. Manuel, the owner of MJA, is one of the last of a breed of honest and conscientious contractors. His quote for a complete roof replacement was very, and I mean VERY reasonable. The work was done quickly and efficiently by a polite and hard working crew who left my property neat and tidy at the end of each working day. Even though he was managing several projects at the time, Manuel was on the site every day and working right beside his men. Our roof was extremely old, so there were a few surprises that added to the budget, but Manuel alerted us immediately and thought out of the box to give us the most cost-effective solutions. The final cost was still less than competitors' initial estimates. Don't hesitate to use this company. You will be in good, dependable, and trustworthy hands."

"We just had our roof replaced by Dannucci Roofing and would highly recommend using their company. The entire process from estimate to completion of the job was handled with care and professionalism that is seldom seen these days. The crew and supervisor arrived on time and clean up to the point where one would not even notice anyone had been on the property. The job supervisor, Troy went above and beyond to handle all concerns and address a problem spot near our dormer. We are actually looking forward to rainy days now thanks to Dannucci roofing!"

"We were so impressed with Magic roofing siding from the very beginning! We worked with Luis all the way through the process and he could not have been more personable and helpful. Kelly was very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns we had related to scheduling and payment. Justin managed our roof replacement the day of and he was fantastic. His team was professional, communicative, and did a great job on our roof replacement. He even came back to install a diverter on our roof when I mentioned our old roof had one and they had not installed one the day of the roof replacement. Awesome experience all around, competitive pricing, and great service from the entire team. I would definitely recommend! Thanks magic"

"Very happy with our complete roof replacement. Everyone seemed knowledgeable from our sales pitch (shout out to Travis, who was awesome) to the installation. They found 2 areas of wetness and replaced the wood. They worked through some tough spots to put shingles down. The guys who replaced the roof worked a lot of hours on a complex roof. Great job!!"

"The people working here made the process of getting my roof replaced very easy. Hassle free install and they did a tremendous job. I'd recommend Home Genius for all of your roofing needs. Im impressed to say the least."

"Joseph Seifert Contracting came out quickly and gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done, also giving us a time frame/wait time. The estimate was less than most of the other estimates we had received. They were within a week or two of the estimated time frame and completed the work for the amount that had been quoted. They were able to complete the work in one day. We had a minor issue with a roof overhang that had not been completed, but the crew was back out the next day and fixed the issue. We were very happy with their work, the professionalism of the crew and staff in the office. They cleaned up completely when they were finished."

"USA roofing came in on dates planned , ripped off 3 layers of old shingles, did awesome clean up, and installed new metal roof beautifully. As an ex roofer myself, these guys did a fabulous job, crew answered any and all questions with much knowledge behind it. Couldnt be more satisfied ...."

"Hired last year, roof was fine until snow collected on roof and began to melt and it was then it leaked into the house. I called and they responded which was good, they sent people to the house and hopefully repaired the leak but now I have to fix the water damage(to sheetrock) myself for the second time."

"To many other roofers in the NYC Greater region- take note, Vandelay has you beat by quite a bit in terms of understanding a client and the particular needs of the job.  I went through a half dozen estimates and site visits; Vandelay and one other contractor where the only ones who were able to produce a timely, considered estimate.  And this was in the down season!
Regarding the job itself.  It presented several unknowns that Bob and his crew were able to work through and develop solutions to in a timely manner.  The demo went smoothly as well as the new installs and final flashing and chalking details.  At this point, the new roof has been through several storms and seems to be doing quite well.  If there is a problem, Bob seems more that capable to address per the contract, which I certainly appreciate.
Its clear he has a lot of experience doing what he knows, and doing it well.  He has good intuition and understanding of a job and the individuals and characters that might be involved, and how to work with them effectively (including myself likely :)
I've been through a couple of roof jobs at this point on various structures, and felt confident with Bob throughout the job; there were no instances that I felt were be minimized or neglected.  And importantly for a Condo building in NYC, Bob's crew made sure that they premise was CLEANER than when they left which is often a big deal with testy unit owners.
Overall, very pleased with both the estimation process, keeping on budget and timeframe and delivering a sound roof in material and craftmanship.  Highly recommended.
