"it took these guys less than 4 hours to rip off 2 layers, replace a bunch of plywood and cut in a ridge vent along with adding some other vents across the back and slap on the new shingles. "Lee initially inspected the flashing during a separate furnace installation. Later, he was easy to contact, and was able to squeeze the job in on short notice before the weather was too cold for it.  He was happy to show me the work up on the roof when he finished it. I can't comment on whether this fixed the problem of the water drips in the bathroom because there hasn't been extreme precipitation since the job was done. But I am happy with the work thus far. I did not rate the quality of the work because I'm not knowledgeable, but I am confident that it was a good job, and I plan to hire Lee for some tuck pointing when the weather allows in springtime.
