"It went great, it was a messy job because it involved removing the old, nasty insulation, but the guys did their best containing the mess. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. I gave a B for price because this is an expensive job, I don't believe you can get it for significantly cheaper, but the quality of the job, comfort, and properly functioning attic space are definitely worth it."

"Lee is excellent. Sorry this review is so late. Have not been on Angie's list in several months. He arrived several minutes early. He is friendly and professional. Gets the job done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. This is my first time in a home with a fireplace(just move in a couple of months prior to fireplace inspection). Everything checked out ok. We only needed to purchase a cap before we could use fireplace. Lee was very helpful with advise on how to use and what to burn. Will definitely use him again. Thanks, Lee. "Again, as I mentioned for my first review of my house, Zach was absolutely amazing! We ended up selling our house a year later. As soon as I found a new place to live, I immediately asked my realtor if we could use Weatherstone Property Inspections. Before I could explain that I had worked with them before and was very pleased with the job the last time, my realtor asked me "Oh, you know them? That's great because that's who I was going to recommend!" And again, I received the same wonderful service as the last time."

"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."
