"They were punctual and each crew took care in their job. There were 3 crews: roof, trim & gutters. Full roof replacement with underlayment replaced, 2 new skylights, new trim, fascia, soffit and gutters. Each crew cleaned up nicely and the roof crew used a magnetic tool to collect any stray nails on the ground. Total time 3 days. Prior to install they were great communicators, called to confirm every appointment. And best is if you call them with a question you get a person! Not just a person but a considerate person. Only had the roof a few days now, but today was the first heavy rainfall and guess what? No leaks! Highly recommend them for a roof replacement. They were more costly than others we interviewed, BUT they had better products, offered more for air flow and overall had the best presentation and left the best printed brochures. Again, highly recommend. If there are any future leaks I'll update this but today was a good test. I'm no longer fearful for any sorts to come."

"The project went very well. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work preparing the area with protective tarps and ground cover. There are many flower gardens around the house and they made sure they were protected. The roof was stripped and all trash was thrown into a trash receptacle. Once the roof was stripped, the crew began reroofing. The entire house was reroofed by mid afternoon. I was very satisfied with the crew and the quality of the work performed. I would Extreme Exteriors for any home improvement project. I would give them a A Plus rating."

"The team that executed the project was punctual and knowledgeable and they mostly stick to what the sales guy has promised. However, there was one last-minute change: they claimed it would take too long to remove the siding and apply the dense-pack insulation on second floor walls from the outside, making it impossible to finish the project in just one day. The alternative was to drill holes from the inside to apply the insulation, which I approved. They cover the holes when the finished, but it didn't look good (see the picture I attached). They run a blower door test before and the result was 4,175 cfm50. After the finishing, they did the test again and the result was 2,850 cfm50 (31.7% of improvement). They applied with Consumer's Energy and DTE for rebates and I could get back a significant amount of what I invested on this project."

"It all went very well. They were extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what had to be done. This job was done in the fall of 2012. The following spring, there were some areas that did not grow. I called and they sent someone out right away to assess the problem. They sent a crew out right away to redo the areas that didn't grow. They did not charge any additional fees. They went above and beyond to make things right and to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them for any job that they are able to do, whether it be lawn care or remodeling, or windows. They are a very reputable business and I trust them. Their prices were far less than than the other 6 or so that I received quotes on.

I sat at my kitchen table for hours surfing the web and watching Ryan replace the skylight on my steep roof. "I had a contractor put on an entire roof for me in 2009 and for the past 4 years every spring the roof would leak they would send out a subcontractor go up on the roof do some patch work and it would hold until the next spring. This year they sent out Martino Home Improvements first thing Mr. Martino came in the house and inspected all the way to the roof to see where the problem was took pictures inside and out and told the original contractor that they needed to tear off everything including the boards and start from scratch in that area. The project manager Jay kept me informed all along the way and when the crew showed up they were very professional explained what they were going to do put in a whole day of tear off and replacing the wood the underlayment and the shingles cleaned up after themselves and with all the rain we have had here recently we haven't had a leak.
