Robert Melvin contacted me and set up a date within two days to come by my house and provide me an estimate.  <br /> Robert was prompt on keeping the scheduled appointment. I know you may think this is strange to make a comment regarding these qualities regarding Robert; however, as I get older, respect and honor showed towards our elders is disappearing.
