"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

They arranged for dumpsters, cleared out all unwanted furniture and clothing yet identified what items could be donated to others! They cleared off and cleaned the patio and deck. Then her team DEEP CLEANED the house to make it ready for selling! My house smelled so good I could smell the clean from outside! As you can imagine, this was a very emotional ordeal. Yet, Bree and her team of professionals made it as painless as possible. They were very respectful and took great care of our items. She services the entire Michigan area!
