"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"I recently started inquiring about getting a new roof installed. I met with each company but one really stuck out while trying to pick the contractor to install the most important part of my home. Storm Maters' Kerry Klein arrived on time, actually started to inspect the roof before I got there. Once I did get to the house, Kerry was actually measuring the entire roof; first contractor to do that. Once he was done on the roof, approximately 30 minutes, I had the pleasure of speaking to him about some of my concerns. The entire quote took about an hour and a half but my concerns became his. He offered many solutions, he's extremely knowledgeable and very, very thorough. He climbed every inch of my attic inspecting it as he went to ensure he didn't miss anything. He delivered the quote, along with product and warranty information, the very next day in a professional package. I would highly recommend giving Kerry an opportunity to inspect your property and give you a quote. "They were excellent.  However, their lead person on the job was not professional.  We were pleased with the company though.  When they realized that their lead man was not professional and was insulting they changed him out and the owner came instead.  The lead man, Pete was very condescending.  My husband thought that maybe he had woman gender issues.  However, when I did it to him he was floored.  He was removed from the site.  We were on a time crunch and so they put us in the top of the list.  We had to get our basement worked on immediately.  So they were very accepting and amenable to our situation.  They wanted to please us.  They handled it very well.  They were very good except for Pete.  He was extremely unprofessional.  We were covered under the insurance policy so I spent only $2000 with Zion Restoration.  Their price was comparable.  They were above average.  They met our needs satisfactorily.  They were under a time pressure and I acknowledge that.  I would not recommend their project manager, Pete. I think that he should never be put up with homeowners.  He was poor on that.  He has no personal skills at all.  We almost stopped the project because of him.  Other than that, we were really happy with the job they did."
