"Bill did the work; he took his time and pre-treated everything. After the sidewalks were pressure washed Bill re-treated the sidewalk again to ****** the return of any mold/mildew. Before cleaning, the sidewalk was just about black; after cleaning, the sidewalk were almost white! The garage is clad with vinyl siding and was covered with green mold (it sits next to a small creek). After Bill finished cleaning it, I was stunned - the siding was so clean it looked new! I gave him a sizable tip for his efforts."

"I hired Mr. Coleman to clean up a property that had not had any lawn care for almost a year. He promptly contacted me to schedule the work. The property was very overgrown with tall grass and weeds and covered in pine needles. He let me know what he could do in the allotted time up front.  When the work was complete, he sent me pictures of the property, which is over 60 miles away. I was very impressed.
