Experienced Handyman & Skilled Problem Solver\nHello I am a dependable, hands-on handyman with a broad range of skills and a practical approach to solving problems. I believe in taking the time to understand the issue, finding the right solution, and doing the job properly.\n\nMy home improvement and maintenance experience includes interior and exterior painting, preparation, sanding, masking, and power washing, including the use of professional hot-water power washing equipment. I also handle many common household repairs, including toilet repairs and replacements, leaking sinks and faucets, hot water tank replacements, and copper pipe repairs and sweating.\n\nIn addition to my home repair skills, I have 30 years of automotive mechanical experience, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, identifying problems, and making repairs. That experience has taught me to pay close attention to details, think through problems, and find the root cause of the issue.

"I have never experienced such sufficient, Politeness and more hard working crew then Johnny’s junk and hauling, thank you guys you are the best!"

"I had a trailer dumped in front of my house with a bunch of trash and these guys went above and beyond"

"My gutters were overflowing with water. I was beginning to worry the gutters might actually break due to the weight of the water. This company sent out a crew immediately and did such a thorough job. This company is dependable, reliable, competent, and beyond hardworking. I would and will recommend them. I had been told by another company that the wait time was 1 to 3 weeks. I knew I could not wait that long especially with all these atmospheric rivers. This company responded so quickly and did a fantastic job. I will use them again and cannot express enough how happy I am with their work ethic and customer service."

"Did an excellent job and have discussed a few more jobs for him"

"The call came from work and asked me to move as soon as I could. I hired Moving APT to hurry up the moving process. They were just brilliant. I think some levels of trust are really needed between the client and the moving company because essentially you are entrusting them with everything you own. The movers were very good at building trust. They listened to me, paid attention to packing and carried everything with extra caution. Even the guy on the phone when I first called them seemed very friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable leaving my valuables in their hands for 3 days. When they delivered everything on the due date, there was no harm caused to anything at all. Turns out these men are the best in business and hiring them was a no brainier."
