He adapted well to unexpected occurrences and would make a quick trip to the hardware store. They repaired my deck with brand new support beams and brand new rails plus my small projects: installing curtain rods, cabinet organizers, towel racks, closet post, 5 ceiling fans, replacing 2 faucets, and leveling my ac. "Jeff called me quickly to chat about the issues we were experiencing at our home when i posted my request. I explained there was water leaking through the ceiling and we were not sure exactly where it was coming from. He explained the process and offered a free estimate. Jeff came out around my work schedule and brought another employee with him and got started on finding the leak which only took them about 30 minutes. They had to cut into the wall and ceiling and the finished product looks great and does not leak anymore. The ceiling is textured and they did a great job of matching it. Very professional and reliable! I will be calling him back to repair some nail pops and finishing a banister in my stairway. I recommend him and his team!"
