He delivers good work. We had dry wall repair done. Several holes in our walls due to new plumbing pipes installed & he has 2 women ( Amy & Carlita) who specialize in dry wall repair. They delivered exceptional work. It looked brand new & you could never tell there was a hole there. They are hard workers & most talented in dry wall repair. You definitely want them if you need dry wall repair. They are prompt & on time. We also needed some tile repair around a tub. It was tile from 1993. Hector took the time & found the exact tile that was needed. He repaired in a swift fashion. I am pleased with all the work . Hector is dependable & he is accommodating to your needs & to work with. "Armando and his crew arrived promptly on time, and took extra care to protect all the floors etc. with coverings. All trims work not needing painting were carefully covered as well. Furniture was carefully moved out of the way while the work was in progress, the work site was constantly being cleaned, and at the end, all the furniture was returned to its exact location without incident. The crew worked for hours without a break, and were very courteous. I would definitely hire Armando's company again. He is by far the ultimate professional."

"It was okay. They did not charge anything additional. The guy came in because he was checking the foundation and once he left, I realized I had dirt throughout my house, everywhere he went. He had dirty boots that I didn't realize were dirty until he left. He went upstairs and everywhere he went, he tracked dirt throughout my house, so I wasn't very happy with that. They call me at least once a month because they gave me an estimate, so they call me about it. That is irritating. I would tell people to give them a chance and to make sure they take off their boots first. When she called the first time, I told her that we were thinking about it, so she asked if she could call back in about 3 weeks, and I said yes. When she called I said we had not yet made a decision and now they call once a month, and I haven't spoken with them, but she leaves a message. That is not a big deal, because I should have just told them not to call. My big problem is that he checked the foundation under the house and then came with mud into the house. We got another estimate that was like $6000 less. They were aggressive with responsiveness."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
