We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit. Once work began, he and his staff were incredibly respectful of our tenants, the property, and our neighbors. When I decided to do change orders, he didn’t take that opportunity to charge me a vast amount of money because he knew I had no choice if I wanted the work done.
