"Stay away from this company and affiliated businesses like Daley Masonry! Michael Mulder influence's he's affiliated partners to act unethical and lack integrity on delivering good craftsmanship. The owner Michael Mulder doesn’t care about your property and will damage it from his own work and charge you for fixing it. He will try to foreclose on your home and sue you on top of it! Michael will not take responsibility or even give you an apology when his work is improper and delivers poor craftsmanship. He destroyed my backyard by one of the biggest walls collapsing on site. 8 months later and he still refuses to fix it even though it is under warranty. Michael Mulder is unethical, unprofessional & shady. He want us to pay for his unauthorized and unsigned charges before he does any warranty work. It feels like extortion and fraud! We gave him multiple attempts to fix the issues and 8 months later he refused to fix it. He withheld general liability insurance for over 6 months and he abandoned the job site. Before you hire a landscape company make sure you ask upfront for the General Liability information & Professional Liability Policy(E&O) otherwise the insurance won’t cover all the damages for defected work or poor craftsmanship.
