Around 5:30 that evening the water was back on. He came back the next day and finished filling all the dirt in then put the grass back. "This company is awesome. We called them Friday Late morning and he gave me a price right on the phone. The price was very reasonable. I asked if he could possibly accommodate us for that day since the homeowner is elderly and it would be a hardship for the toilet to be out of commission. He moved his entire schedule around and drove all the way to Terra Bella to make sure the job was done that day. He did not even add an emergency service fee or a fuel fee. He was so good we had him install our new toilet for a nominal additional charge and we could not be happier. They were very professional, courteous, and pleasant, not to mention quick. In order to save him time and effort, actually, he used plastic piping instead of copper and then argued his way out of it after he was told that we wanted copper piping and expected quality materials to be used in the job since it cost so much.
