"Walter was great. He and his helper arrived on-time and spent the whole first day busy. The second day he brought a different helper. They were very neat and cleaned up and covered the floor areas and our bed. They put in a barn door and had to install a header with drywall. They moved one light and put in 5 new lights.They also fixed one bathroom faucet that the cold and hot water lines had been switched. I would definitely recommend him to friends"

"The bottom of our cabinet under the kitchen sink had collapsed.  The representative from Vasquez and Son installed a sturdy new bottom in the cabinet.  He then fixed many of our closet doors that had come out of the track.  We were very pleased.

"Initially not so well, garage door was installed but a lot of little things were overlooked. The job appeared to be rushed and I was concerned about the durability considering the install looked sketchy. I could go into details about the small things but they are not what is important.
I was not able to inspect the door until 2 weeks after install. After thoroughly going overall everything, I had a list of approximately 9 things that were unsatisfactory or just plain unacceptable.  I sent Amber Stoneberger an email with a list of my concerns and asked her to address them before I committed to writing a review here. Amber promptly responded and had Brian Stoneberger out to my house within two days. Brian arrived on time, and after explaining my issues, he apologized for the errors and never attempted to make any excuses. He immediately went to work to fix all the deficiencies.
This type of follow up and service is what I value in a company! They messed up, admitted the error, didn't make excuses, and promptly made the necessary changes and adjustments ensuring I was satisfied with the purchase.

"Wires were a mess on one of our garage door sensors, which was the immediate problem, and he fixed that in no time flat. Then he turned to replacing the decrepit sensor on the other side, which was hanging by a thread, with a secure new one with good wire connections. Then he checked out the rest of the system and greased the tracks on the garage doors, so that instead of sounding like a train is passing through the house, you can barely notice them. All this in about a half hour or less.

"It was a pleasure to work with Jim Hughes who is the owner of Mailbox Xpress.  He responded quickly with a phone call to an email that I had sent him.  My mail box pole had rotted away and fallen over so I did not have a mail box.  A neighbor said that if I bought all the materials he would install it for me so I watched a UTube video on mailbox installation and headed to Loews to purchase all that I needed.  After stops at Loews, Home Depot and a local hardware store it was evident that I was not going to find the quality or even the materials that I was looking for so I decided to search Angie's List for mail box repair.  They made it difficult to find Jim's company but I am glad that I looked a little deeper.  Jim did an excellent job.  He took the time to answer my questions, offer suggestions and install just what I needed.  Due to the fact that I had no mailbox he made my job a priority and came the very next day. He even came back the following day to install numbers on the pole.  The finished product is wonderful and has a lot of curb appeal along with functionality.  I am very pleased and recommend Jim to anyone needing a mailbox. I wish Angie's List would unblock his listing.  He takes pride in his work and really goes the extra mile to please his customers.

"The quality of work is excellent.  Unfortunately, their boss directed his crew to ignore the obvious tilt of this old house, and we had to insist that the top of the closet doors be parallel to the ceiling!  He also got surly when my husband and I insisted that we both see the end result before paying him.  I hope this guy reverts to the personality we saw a couple of years ago and leaves the current one behind.
