On my fireplace install PK was always concerned with what I was asking for, and listened to what I had to say. "My roof had sustained damage from recent severe storms in my area. I contacted several roofing companies, through internet searches and some local advertisers. I received a few inspections and multiple estimates, but wasn't satisfied or felt comfortable enough with any of those contractors to hire them do the job. So, I started asking around for referrals from friends and neighbors. My coworker recommended Braswell construction, since she's used their services before and were very pleased. I called right away, spoke to owner Chris Braswell, we setup an appointment and he came out the next day. He assessed the roof, and we both agreed that my entire roof needed immediate replacement. Chris was very professional, he explained all the details clearly for me to understand. Two days later his team were out replacing my roof. They did an excellent job, completed the roof and cleaned up the debris all in the same day. I am totally loving my new roof! it looks amazing, and I'm glad I went with the color shingles Chris suggested based off his experience...since I couldn't make up my mind picking a color. "They came to the house at our request to give an estimate for window installation. The demo was quite convincing as to the quality of their product. The quality seems to be quite high and in line with what they promised. The price seems a bit high, but I feel that as in most things you get what you pay for, so the money we spent is not a great concern. The sales pitch was pretty aggressive which could cause some to agree to something that they really don't want or can't afford. We are not easily pushed around by sales people so we recognized the pitch for what it was and concentrated on the product itself. After installation, one of the windows developed a crack in one corner. The company came out quickly, assessed the situation and initiated a replacement. The replacement came within a relatively short time and since that time there have been no complaints about this product. Since installation, we have noticed that it is significantly quieter in the house and much easier to heat and cool the place. After all is said and done, the product delivers what it is advertised to do albeit at a relatively high initial cost. We would use this company again, but in the future I would attempt to negotiate the price because I feel that we did pay the very top of the market and I have heard that these things can sometimes be had for less than the original offer."
