They also fixed a couple of joist/rafters to solidify the roof frame, and then they installed new plywood decking along with an insulated layer prior to finishing with a new rubber surface. "We couldn't ignore our complicated roof after a pretty brutal winter in 20/21: we're exposed at high altitude and subjected to major westerly winds and continuous freeze/thaw cycles (massive ice dams that are as impressive to look at as they are damaging). Add to that quite a few roof valleys, combos of both steep and shallow roof pitches, and many cathedral ceilings that lack the benefit of full attic insulation (which you really also need to deal with if you want your roof to do its job). They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left.
