During the course of the work, part of the roof collapsed and I could see the entire sky exposed. I was freaking out but they promptly repaired the roof and came back a day later to repair the ceiling and painted it as well as the walls that had water stains on them from the ceiling collapse at no extra charge. They did this repair on Christmas Eve, until it was all fixed and good as new. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer.
