"I am very satisfied with Sergio's service and quality workmanship. I spoke to him by phone on Thursday afternoon, met him at his location later that day to look at the choices of granite and got a competitive and fair quote. On Friday Sergio came to my house and measured the area and told me that he was going back to his shop to start working on it and hoped he would be able to have it finished before noon on Saturday, and installed no later than Monday. I received a call on Friday evening saying that he would complete it on Saturday morning and be able to install same day! It is now 12:30 on Saturday afternoon and my countertop is completely installed and looks beautiful. Sergio is the owner and has an exceptional customer focused approach to his business. I only wish all such contractors could live up to his standard of service. "hey also had a shop to purchase the tile needed for the job so we picked out the tile and the grouting.  It was a one stop pretty much because they had a store to pick out the tiling we wanted done and then they did the work. Looks real good in the shower. They came and did the tiling  and it was done quickly and politely.They were on time, did not take any longer than proposed. No problems at all. It was the same price as another tiler we looked into, but this company was recommended by Water and Drain Works, who'd done our plumbing. They regularly do business with them."

"The company had the flooring that I wanted in stock. They provided samples, pictures, and a lot of useful info to help me decide on the flooring and to help in talking to installers about how to best install and finish the flooring, though they did not refer me to any local installers. Once we decided on an installer and were ready to go, we had a fairly tight timeline, which we made clear. The purchase process was easy, but unfortunately our flooring was not picked up at the warehouse on schedule for two days running, and no one notified us -- I had to call the company and get my contact to look into what was happening with our order. They provided a couple of options, and fortunately my installer was able to pick up the flooring at a local terminal, instead of us loosing several days of acclimation time over a long holiday weekend when no deliveries would be made. A lot of calls and emails were exchanged, but they did stay on top of things this time and made sure we got our flooring. The flooring was beautiful, excellent quality and very dry so that the needed acclimation time was minimized. Our installer was very happy with the quality also and the floors look amazing. While the material was not inexpensive by any means, we feel that is was really worth the investment in our home, and would be surprised if anyone else would have supplied as high a quality product for a lower price. Moreover, though it did take some time on my part, basically acting as a GC, finding and hiring an installer, materials, and making sure the material got to us, based on an initial quote we got, we believe we saved at least 25% of the total project over contracting with a local installer to handle everything."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
