"We had a prior meeting to review what was involved in preparation (moving furniture and other objects) for the cleaning of the tile and grout. On the 17 April 17 Eric showed up and started the grout cleaning and completed the job in about 4 hours. The grout had not been cleaned for 10 years and was nearly black. He did a great job, the grout lines were a light gray again and tile look like new. He sealed the grout lines and left the space clean. Eric was very careful working around the furniture we were not able to move. It was a real joy to hire someone who is so professional and pleasant. One edge of the drywall did  not hit the stud so he worked with  a leftover piece of wood  I had  to fix that problem.  All other materials were provided by them.  The gap on the adjoining wall (between the wall and the garage door) was also covered.  Overall I was very pleased with the work.
