"We had our original, 31 year old cheap, fiberglass one piece shower replaced by Statewide. All the men that we worked with on this project were all very friendly, yet professional. The worker that installed our beautiful, light gray shower with modern brushed chrome hardware was excellent in his work. He laid down huge cloth walkways so he wouldn't track through the house. He was very careful and cleaned up everything each day. We are very pleased with the new shower and feel it is a real upgrade which will help when we sell the house."

They called before they came.  They could not install the shower parts I had purchased separately, but they brought the correct parts with them.  Unfortunately there was one part missing that they had to go back to the parts supplier for, which ended up costing me a little more $$.  HOWEVER they did a great job.  They fixed all my drips and other than the new sink my bathroom looks like no one was ever in it.  Neat and clean.  Great job.  I would use these guys again, and recommend them.

"Our water heater developed a leak and quit working.  Kevin, the owner of ksm, responded right away to the email we left on Angie's List.  We set up an appointment, and calling ahead, Kevin and John arrived early.  From our initial introduction to the end of the project that day, they were professional, personable, considerate, and answered all of our many questions about water heaters.  Kevin made a comprehensive diagnosis and explanation of what went wrong with the water heater we had, existing warranties, and options for replacement. There was never any sales pressure. Once we decided that we wanted a new unit, Kevin and John the same day got to work and got it installed. He assured us that everything was installed according to code. Our new water heater is working great. If we ever have any other plumbing problems, we're going to call Kevin.
