He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."

"I called them and set up an appointment for the next day at 10 am. RYAN showed up promptly at 10 am. He took a look at my roof and took pictures and made some notes. Then he came inside and discussed his products,the roofing system is unlike any other I had seen in that it included a ventilation system built into the roof. We liked the roofing products they showed us, and the warranty provided is much longer than the 3 other quotes,I had recieved. We really liked that. "The service people came on time and did a great job. They ran a cleaning machine over my tiles to clean and then hand sealed the grout. Included in the deal, he vacuumed out my dryer vent. "Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"Ricardo called and came over to look at the job and felt he could finish the majority of the room in the 8 hours of the allotted time of the deal. He arrived on time the morning he said he would and worked very dilligently. His wife arrived soon after and began painting as well. They completed everything he said they would and the job looked great. He walls were 16 feet high as this was the living room of a tri-level house. Part of the job included a staircase that needed repairs and Ricardo had a gentleman come over the day before he painted. and that man repair those  areas.  That gentleman also did a fantastic job. Then Ricardo and his wife came over the next day and painted the room. Ricardo and his wife worked continuously, just taking a little time for lunch. I was impressed by their work ethic and their professionalism.
