"Representative was very friendly and made an appointment to come to our home to put together an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about fencing, materials, etc. I was impressed with the sample materials that he brought to demonstrate the quality of their product. He also explained that, since they do things the right way, their company's estimate would undoubtedly be higher than the others I would receive. Fair enough--I appreciated being told upfront. I also understand that you get what you pay for. But, everything in life is a cost-benefit analysis. After assuring the rep we would be in contact once we made a decision, he stated that he definitely would not be hassling me to pressure me into going with his company. As it turns out, of the many companies that I reached out to, this rep kept badgering me with more and more messages. Other companies might send one or two follow up emails, but this guy was persistent! Even after gently informing him that it is simply not in our budget (their quote was $3700 more than two of the lower bids we received), he would still send messages telling me how our fence wouldn't last since we are going with a subpar company. I have no doubt they do excellent work, but they also need to respect that customers are going to request multiple quotes and not everyone is able to go with their company"

Yes, I love my fence, but my appreciation for the wonderful crew that did my installation! They were polite, worked hard and didn't make excessive noise when working late into the evening. "I'll start this review by saying that to me, the "end result" is what counts most.  And Neale and his company produced exactly the custom look security fence I had envisioned.  This was a bit of an unusual request, because even though many people have iron bars welded over their A/C units for security, I needed two large, expensive (side by side) heat pumps protected.  Also, I felt a "security fence" would look better than just metal bars.  So here was my experience: After 1st calling and getting leaving a message with an assistant, it did take a few days but Neale called me back to set up an appointment to give an estimate.  He arrived right on time, took a look at the situation, and after a few minutes of brainstorming we were on exactly the same page in terms of design - and I liked how he sketched it out.  I also felt his quote was very reasonable (his was the 3rd estimate I had gotten).  And I don't know, there was just something about Neale, I could tell he had a *passion* for security fencing and "keeping crooks out" so to speak.  After getting my estimate in writing via email later that day, I put down my (1/3) deposit.  About a week later, after fabricating much of the fence in his shop, Neale and his team arrived and got to work fast.  I took them 2 days total, which was fine (day #1 they installed the fence posts and the concrete needed to set overnight).  Day# was most of the assembly,  welding and the paint job. Now, about 2 weeks later, I am extremely happy with the final result.  Very secure, and very sharp looking!  Even the gloss black paint job is very nice.  My neighbors have made several admiring comments over the past week also.  The only thing I could fault, if anything, would be if speed - is critical too you.Baltimore Wrought does seem like a busy company so don't be surprised if there is a week or so delay / backlog.  Also, they do prefer cash payment vs credit card.  (I did my deposit on credit card and paid the final 2/3 cash).  But  these minimal factors were not a big deal for me, because *high quality* work and to a lesser extent, total price, were all I really cared about - and these guys definitely delivered on both!

"We are having a fence put up along our property lines and needed several shrubs and small trees cleared out. I called Freestate on Friday, the 25th and was able to set up an estimate for the following Sunday morning. Ben showed up on time, gave an estimate and confirmed they would be able to get me on the schedule for that week.
He promised to follow up with me right away to confirm the details. I received a voicemail later in the day confirming that we were on the schedule for the following day! We had a couple emails back and forth and received extremely fast responses each time.
As promised, the crew came out on Monday and removed everything. They did a great job clearing everything out without leaving any debris. The stumps were also ground out and my lot looks like there were never any shrubs/ trees planted in that location.
We had a great experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

"Everything went very well. The front door (which was a fairly heavy one-piece unit with side panels, etc and etched glass) was hung slightly off-balanced. We didn't notice till the weather stripping started coming off and also some water had seeped into the room (very little ... we actually noticed the marks, not the actual water). So we called the company and they sent someone out and he took one look at the door and told us that they had put it in incorrectly and he would send a crew to fix it. Sure enough within a few days it was all fixed and the door now swings much more smoothly as well. I know they screwed up a bit...but I have still given them an A, because it was a small mistake, but more importantly they did not give us any excuses or run around. The guy admitted they had done something incorrectly and he went ahead and arranged for it to be fixed asap."
