"Secure Fence and Rail ROCKS!!! Let me start from the beginning....our fence was knocked out when Matthew went though. I contacted the company with a voice mail and through Facebook the day the storm was going through as soon as I saw our fence was down. I explained we had several large dogs, and need our fence fixed ASAP. I had a call back that very same afternoon, and Bobby was out the very next morning to give us an estimate on a new fence. He also had a crew come over and do a temporary fix. What a HUGE help!! (They are also dog people!?) Last week we had the new fence installed. Big, big shout out to the two guys who installed it, Brad and Tony! Not only were they very professional and hard working, but they did a knock out job! It took them less than two days, and our new fence looks awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and would definitely use them again!"

"Very professional, also displayed aspects of a teacher. Door replacement went quite smoothly. He found a problem with ants and recommended a 3rd party service that would have access while the opening was exposed. Recommendation was also very responsive and it enabled the project to be completed without delay. Had a minor problem with one of the repairs, I called and reported the problem, he was very responsive and came a day later. Found the source of the problem, repaired quickly and it reinforced his goal for high quality service and satsfied customers. He achieved both ojbectives!"

"The initial assessment went well. I asked the sales rep how long it would take to start the project. He said 4 - 5 weeks from Oct 15. We wanted to add another fence door to the order and the sales rep out again and gave us another estimate. He said we were getting close to the repair time. We had not heard from the company for several weeks after my conversation about the start date, so I called the sales rep and he asked me to call Denise. Denise was wonderful. She gave me an exact date and to expect the repair. The guys came yesterday to repair the fence, but knew nothing about the other fence door. So our fence was repaired, but the other fence door was not. Denise called to ask how the repair went and I said that we were satisfied with the repairs that they did, but were disappointed that the other fence door repair did not get communicated properly. We have decided to repair the door ourselves. We figured that it wouldn’t be worth the wait time. The repairs on our fence were completed on December 7. That was a long 4 -5 weeks. Just saying."

A few other fence contractors I called didn't repair chain link. I found Campanella Fence, Inc. on line, and was extremely satisfied with the service. Sal Campanella, a retired NY police officer, was able to come by our house the same day I called him to give us an estimate. The next day he arrived first thing in the morning and completed the repair where the tree had landed, plus two more spots with damage that had existed previously. The quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Sal with Campanella Fence."
