"I hired one of their installers, Exact Tile. Ricky Baden was the foreman and he was on top of things from ordering, to being onsite the first day of work and throughout the project. I had half my house tiled and a master bath, including the floor, tub surround and shower. They did a beautiful job and left no mess at all. AND they were done in 3 days with over 700 feet of flooring. I worked with Buffkin to pick out and order my tile - that was onsite in a day. I was extremely happy all around! "Working with Floors Direct we were able to complete 3 flooring projects. Both an upstairs and downstairs at one house. As well as an upstairs at another house. Each installation had its own challenges. In one we just removed the carpet and installed vinyl plank flooring. The other had a mix of very old laminate and tile that had to be removed before the new vinyl plank flooring was installed. And the 3rd install was over the current tile floor. In two cases we even had new carpeting installed. In our case Ruben and Tom where the two installers on all 3 jobs and did AWESOME. They helped to answer all of our questions, took the time to work with us for some special need we had..and even did not mind that our foreman ( i.e. our cats ) were there to "help" inspect. The were very hard workers that showed up on time and worked a full day each day. The removed all the old material as well as moved any items before/after. Not only was the installers amazing Tony from the Plantation/Sunrise store. He helped us to pick out the right product in each use case we had. Worked with us to get a good deal and even dealt with a few last minute changes of product from one to another. Clay also did a great job doing the measurements and coming up with a plan that would work. GREAT JOB by these folks as this makes 4 floors we have them do in the last year!!!"

"Carmen is extremely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. He came into a job after another reneged. He steered us in the right direction. Not only is Carmen doing beautiful vinyl wood floors and laying new carpet, but turns out we needed our powder room sub floor replaced and our front door replaced due to rotted wood. Nothing is too much trouble. He can do it all! I only wish I knew Carmen before I hired someone to install my granite counters and kitchen island. "Durham & Sons put in my last HVAC system over 12 ears ago and I've had a service contract with them. Recently a $2000 part went and I verified that replacing it was not a good investment given the system's age. They took the time to explain options in detail. As luck would have it, the pandemic and factory issues made finding the desired replacement units a real challenge. But these guys really stepped up to the challenge. Besides temporarily installing 4 window units to hold us over, they were creative and persistent and found what was needed. They did a wonderful job!  And the floor still looks beautiful (except for the water spot because we left the window open during a rain storm and some water settled on the floor - but that was our fault). I should probably call them to see if they can repair this.  Anyways, they removed the carpet and installed the hardwood floor and were very professional.   Before the install, we went to their store to look at our options and they had a wonderful selections to choose from.  They were patient with us and helped us make the perfect choice.  I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. <br />"
