"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I am in the market of shopping for homeowner's insurance and my inspector spotted an issue in the wiring inside of my exterior electric box that needed immediate attention. I located Mr. Sparky on Home Advisor and received an immediate return call to schedule a service appointment. I had already had two previous quotes done and I was not satisfied with the professionalism or the pricing I had been offered. Mr. Sparky had a representative show up within 48 hours of my inquiry, and they were able to give me a quote and completed the repair on the same day! The installer, Alexander Sandoval was not only knowledgeable in the issue I was having repaired, but in other inquiries I had as well...including eventually upgrading my current wiring and cosmetic lighting inquiries. He was professional, helpful, and courteous...something that can be a rarity in this day and age. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs. They will be my "go to" electrical servicer going forward."

"Lew Taras called me to ask me the problem. I told him my refrigerator just stopped cooling and freezing. The call was late in the day. Lew said tomorrow would be better for him, but his comment was my food could spoil so he would be over when he finished the job he was working, Lew came after normal working hours and only charged me the standard fee. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for repair work. I asked him how long he has been doing repair work on appliances and he told me 53 years, He worked with his father doing appliance repairs when he was just a kid. I found that a lot of repair companies do not work on LG products. Lew does and he knows what he is doing!"
