"Our roof leak was determined by KJ Miller to have its source in the exterior chimney bricks. So the employee used a silicone product that was painted onto the bricks to seal them. They were prompt and courteous. Work did come with a warranty. I do wish that the silicone manufacturer could produce a product that came in different colors to match chimneys, this product does not match the chimney bricks. However, the repair is not visible from the back or front yards, only from a second floor deck, so we are not too concerned."

"You can always spot a roof that David Keefe has done. He will give you a beautiful quality roof that you will not have to worry about. Along with the traditional hip roof I also had two flat roofs that needed repair and he was the only one who quoted "torch applied bitumen" vs cold application. Heat is essential in a flat roof replacement to prevent leaks. He provides a generous amount of plywood and wood in his estimate; most companies short you and then add on the cost after the job. He and his crew who are on his payroll (no subs) take pride in delivering the best. This is an honest reliable company that never made me feel anxious or worried about the job they were doing. "After receiving a number of proposals for a new roof, we settled on John Keller Roofing.  The price was within the range of other proposals and we were impressed with the professionalism of the sales person.  Being a retired attorney, I knew that compliance with the Mechanics Lien Law was important to avoid any liens or claims on a construction project, so I insisted on a number of provisions to be added to the standard contract.  John was very agreeable to adding provisions to make me confident on the details of the project, and he was reasonable and very understanding which gave me confidence that there would be no surprises.  The project was done timely with good clean-up and appears to be a good job.  There were no surprises and we have been very satisfied.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage.
