"Michael at Equity Builders was wonderful to work with. I called to get a quote on a new roof (he is a General Contractor) on 2 8x16 barn sheds. He contacted me in just a couple of hours of me requesting a quote on Angi. I text him pictures, he text me back within a couple of hours with a quote. Michael came back with a very reasonable quote and was at our place within 4 days to do the work...working around weather. (it's spring) My roofs were 27 years old...and Michaels even found shingles that came close to matching another roof we had. When his team left, not only was my roofs done very well, but the place around the barn sheds was spotless...you have never known they were there. Great Job! I'll be calling him in the future for some other projects."

"Shopped around and ended up going with Jared at Red tech, nice guy. Initial quote was for $3500 on a 1100 SQ FT house then after they started on prep work Jared realised he should have quoted higher and asked for $4200. We agreed on $3800. I asked for grey with white trim. Looked good initially, after it all dried I noticed there were several cracks in the paint that needed re calked and painted. Overall there was not enough paint put on, old paint was seen through new paint in several spots and several sections of the white trim needed another layer added. There were also 2 separate windows that were missed. I would recommend another company. Took pictures of the sections I had to redo, wish I could put them here."

They handled multiple projects for us in one visit, including replacing bathroom baseboards with PVC, repairing a soft spot in the floor, installing stair railings, fixing drywall, updating outlets, and sealing/caulking throughout. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and communication was excellent. We especially appreciated the attention to detail—they even took the time to get the right paint match so everything blended seamlessly. Everything looks clean, solid, and professionally done. "Tim is way more than a top notch roofer. He’s a top notch person. He genuinely cares about getting the job done right and providing maximum value for his customers. He’s honest, he’s true to his word and he has excellent communication skills. My roof had a number of unique needs that he addressed, particularly involving improper ventilation. There were also a couple areas which were not keeping water out properly. He fixed them all beautifully on his first attempt! And believe me…he had to really think and innovate to get my very unusual house to vent properly. His pricing is extremely fair. I felt like he took incredibly good care of us. There are way too many morons in the home contractor/repair space these days! Tim brings to the table a rare combination of integrity and a healthy bank of knowledge and skills.
