"WOW! By the grace and mercy of God, we found this place online while we were looking for a roofing company. We had a couple offers already but when I saw the reviews online I said let us check them out and we did. They were very professional and thorough. We read the reviews of others and thought, we can't go wrong. Everything went very well again by the GRACE of the Lord. They applied for the city permit which took about a month and once they had the permit they started the job and it took them about 4 days to finish the job because of God's mercy. And about 7 days including final inspection. Thank you to all those involved, Humberto, Isaac, Dane and the rest of the crew. FIVE STARS FOR THIS COMPANY. We are happy. A million thank you. "Steve and crew was awesome to work with. We had a major leak in an older home we purchased, two weeks in. They were punctual, professional, and informed us every step of the way. In particular, Steve educated on where the problem was, the shoddy work that had been done previously on the roof, and the steps they were taking to rectify the problem. Not only did they fix the leak, but they applied additional Mortar around the Chimney that was missing and touched it off with fresh paint. Much Appreciated!"

"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Poor workmanship, no accountability and are not willing to honor their warranty. Complete re-roof lasted for *LESS THAN 5 YEARS!!!* I just purchased a property that J&K Roofing did a complete flat re-roof on September 2019 (as shown in the permit picture). A home inspection on December 2023, just a little bit over 4 years since they did the re-roof on this property, determined that the roof has *ZERO* lifetime and needs to be completely re-done immediately. Keep in mind that the inspection was done on December 2023 but the roof condition has been like that for at least a couple of years in order to reach to these condition. Which means that the work they did maybe, at best, lasted for a good year or two. A COMPLETE ROOF RE-DONE I mind you!!! I contacted J&K Roofing and asked for the owner to call me back after I provided them with all the inspection reports. Took him a week to get back to me, and he will not take any responsibility nor will honor their “transferable warranty” they are “selling” to people. They blamed everyone and everything but their poor workmanship. They blame the manufacturer, the previous owner, the termite, the rain, they even excused the poor condition of the roof as an “act of god”. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. It is clearly that they only want your money and will tell you and sell you everything just to get it. They do not guarantee their poor job."

"This was a $70,000 metal roofing project with serious safety issues and no meaningful oversight from Neal Roofing.Before posting this,we contacted Neal Roofing directly to try to resolve the issues privately.No one ever called us back.The metal crew cut metal in 9?10 locations around our property with no tarps or containment,leaving nails and metal shards across our driveway,yard,and near the pool.It became unsafe to go outside or use our driveway unless we cleaned it ourselves daily.Over a two-week project,the project manager was on site only three times.We escalated to the PM,management,and the salesperson multiple times and nothing changed.Cleanup was promised for Friday.No one showed up,and Neal Roofing was willing to leave a large,uncontained pile of debris in our driveway all weekend.Actual damage occurred:roofing nails punctured our tire,requiring two new tires,and metal left in the pool caused rust stains.Concerns about damage were ignored. Still no response to this day. "
