Mike first walked me through a diagnosis over the phone, determined that a fan was out, and we scheduled a replacement and repair for the next day, time to order the part. He called me back a few minutes later saying that he thought he new a source for the part locally, and didn't want to see us without a fridge for a day, and asked if he could come out in the next few hours. We were delighted just at that, but it gets better. Once he had the cover off and inspected the fan, he realized that it was not broken at all, but just not completely connected.
