"I called in the afternoon the first day, and then called him back the next morning. He apologized for not getting to return my call right away and then asked for details of what was wrong with my appliance. After describing the problem he said he would be able to come that same day and that it most likely would be a quick, easy (and inexpensive) fix. <br /> He gave me an approximate time for his call and when he found he was running late called to let me know that as well. He charged me only for the initial service call and the cost of the replacement part, which he had with him. The entire repair was done within 15 minutes. I appreciated him giving us the information on how to do this kind of repair ourselves if it would happen again, and his cheerfulness and courtesy were most welcome. <br /> I will definitely call him for any other appliance repairs we might need. <br />"

"Called Rick. He was able to come over the same day and diagnosis the problem. I had already removed the front kick plate to see under the washer. Right off the bat he showed me where one of the two shock absorbers was broken. Then took off the tubes leading to the discharge pump and removed on obstruction he found there. He reattached the electrical to the pump and it appeared to work properly although it was still making a fair amount of noise. He reattached the hoses then tested by running the cycle to fill the drum then turned it so it emptied the drum. It worked. Rick said he could return tomorrow with the shock absorber. He recommended putting a few loads through the machine that night to ensure it was working properly. <br /> <br />I ran two loads through the washer that night. First load ran properly, second load didn't drain again. <br /> <br />Rick called the next morning after getting the price of the shock absorbers to check and ensure it was okay. I informed him that it didn't drain last night, he said he'd check on the price of a replacement pump and call me right back. He called back within about 10 minutes with the price of a new pump, which was close to the price I was finding them for on the internet. He stated he also had some good reconditioned pumps that he had repaired for about half the price of a new pump. I went for the reconditioned pump. <br /> <br />Rick came at the agreed upon time and replaced the shock absorbers and the pump. His price was very reasonable and after three loads, all seems to be going well. <br /> <br />I would highly recommend Rick. <br /> <br />"
