"We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. Both he and John were a pleasure to work with. Also, their office staff were very helpful as well. Beantown went above and beyond for us and were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! I would definitely use them again for any future projects!"

"If damage occurs to inside the house during installation of siding they will not cover any repairs. A hole is in our bathroom wall now and they will not fix it."

"Trent came to my house and gave me great quote for siding work. He was well represented and patient. I recommend Trent to other people."

"I needed railings, ballisters, stringers and stairs replaced on my deck. Coen’s job was perfect. They also identified to posts holding up the deck that had insect damage. I had them replace those also. They were professional and new the job. I’d use them again for other projects."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"A representative from the company came out promptly to survey the job bringing a very comprehensive brochure describing all aspect of the work including shingle options, ice dam prevention, ventilation and under-shingle materials. I was provided with an estimate promptly that was very competitive. All follow up emails and calls were answered immediately. The new roof looks great and the property was cleaned completely. A representative from Evans came out the next day to meet us in person to make sure we had no questions or issues. We are very happy with the quality of the work, the responsiveness of the company and the high degree of workmanship and professionalism. We would highly recommend their services to others."

"I’m very happy with the work done by Sherpa Home Improvement. They installed vinyl siding and replaced 6 windows and did a great job. Their quote was fair, Ronaldo was always available and responded quickly to all of my questions, and the crew was hard working and meticulous. Overall it was a great experience and I’m extremely happy with the final results."

"Extremely trustworthy and friendly gentlemen. After attesting and being very pleased with the original scope of work, I have rescheduled Flawless Installation & Repair for project 2 and 3. It is always difficult to vet companies within an overwhelming push from online platforms. I took a chance, on Nicholas and his team and they couldn’t have been more professional and clean to boot! Affordable and dependable. Thanks!"

"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."

"FRS, in March of 2021, patched and replaced leaky gutters and downspouts on our 4-story brick bow front in Boston's historic South End. They also patched leaks in the rubber roof, some of them involving complicated dormer windows. FRS is a first-rate company. They reply promptly and politely to inquiries and requests. They have a skilled and knowledgeable crew of roofers and gutter specialists. They show up on time and stick to agreed schedules. They stand behind their work, responding quickly to any problems. Their bids are based on thorough and careful inspection of the proposed job. (They were the only company that would partially dismantle a roof deck to look for the source of a leak, rather than insist on removal of the entire deck.) They are fairly priced and provide a detailed break out of the costs. Their customer service staff follows up to assure that the work was satisfactorily performed. I highly recommend this company."
