"Eric Adams Contracting LLC 2 is an exceptionally competent contractor at a very competitive and reasonable price. They put on a new roof, repaired damaged areas, hung a new garage door, installed new gutters, power washed, and painted our 40-year-old house. Of the four bidding contractors, they were the lowest bidders. Their estimate was well under half the price of the highest estimate and several thousand dollars under the next closest estimate. The contract was completed efficiently and professionally, with each phase accomplished with excellent workmanship and skill. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials.
