They worked meticulously to complete my home project. They are professional and courteous. They reviewed the project plans before setting up to start and presented the completed project as well as patiently answered my questions. I absolutely praise their work ethics. The installation was during a flood warning with lots of rain. The guys placed floor covers to protect the home floors (there arenâ t any tracks of mud anywhere)! And I am so impressed with my replacement shower! Thank you so much Alan and Eric for bringing my shower project into fruition! My new shower is AWESOME! Kudos :-)"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"These guys are top notch! I had a party coming up and wanted my three bathrooms re-tiled, but it needed to be done quickly and efficiently. Adrian, agreed to work July 4th weekend,  came in and did everything in a matter of a couple of days. They were in and out before I knew it. He even scheduled the work to make certain my family was never without a shower or toilet. They are professional, courteous, clean and obviously know what they are doing. When they were done, the only things left were new - perfectly tiled bathrooms. If you need a service European Flooring Installers provide, do yourself a favor and call them, I will.

"Excellent-why? After requesting a quote on Angie's List I received a return call within minutes. Brandon scheduled me for a 1 hour slot from the time of the call. Josh and Q arrived early (can you believe it?). They went through every irrigation zone and identified the issues. They showed which sprinkler heads had issues.Some had to have the angle readjusted, some were covered with dirt and landscaping and 3 heads needed to be replaced. Very pleased with their professionalism and can do attitude. I'll be calling them in the future and telling all of our neighbors about their services."

"After discussing for about 1/2 hour the ways to move the electrical and cable outlets, it was concluded that because of code for a back splash the electrical outlets could not be moved so the cable outlet was the only thing moved. A ceiling fan with remote control was installed."

"Overall - just fair.
It was difficult to manage the job remotely, but the simple elements of attention todetail were missing.
I was given a time that the work would start, and it kept changing., and a time that the work would be completed which was not kept to.
The core work of replacing the walls, tile etc was done to a good standard, it was the additional elements that were paid for that caused the trouble. Removal of a shower screen in the second bathroom left sealant all arount, holes in the wall unfilled, and the shower curtain pole not fitted. I had to call again to get the work finished, taking extra time.
It was an unusual job that I was managing remotely, and the co
mpany handled that well - but overall the attention to detail was just missing for me, so I would not hire them again.
