He was always on time, he had some great suggestions to improve on our intended design, and the work was top notch. Mark is one of those rare contractors who puts customer service at the top of the list. His team was polite and friendly, and cleaned the work area thoroughly at the end of each day. They worked quickly as well, completing all work within 4 weeks. As we were removing some lally columns to make the basement space more open, the first thing Mark did was bring in a structural engineer to review the loads and determine how best to shore up the beams.
