"While we were happy with the completed work, we really wish Steve was available more to do the work in the mornings instead of afternoons. It was hard to nail down times with him but to be fair, it also snowed 3 of the 6 weeks he was working on our staircase. His prices were quite reasonable compared to others we interviewed. "American Eagle promptly returned our call and set up an appraisal appointment for the next day They came on time and were willing to remove the tree the same day. "They came first over for a quote and inspection of access to our back yard. I was advised that my cement walkway may be damaged by the weight of their equipment which was fine since I am planning on having it replaced. The day of, they arrived promptly around noon time with a large truck and a 6 man crew. They quickly began to work and nearly finished the job by sundown. Since it was 4 large trees, they had to come back in the morning to complete the task. They removed all debris and grinned the stumps."

They were tricky removals and each one was executed with such care and precision that it fell exactly where it was supposed to go without damaging anything else. "We needed 4 very large trees on our property removed. Julio was extremely accommodating, as we were late getting back to our house for the estimate meeting. He was very knowledgeable, and was very detailed in his estimate. The pricing was also extremely competitive. We only ended up having two of the trees dropped, but the work was impeccable. Julio and his team were punctual, extremely well prepared and very professional. Both trees, stumps and all of the wood were removed in one day, and the cleanup was excellent. We are extremely satisfied with the work and will almost definitely contract them again in the future."
