"Daniel provided a thorough assessment of the broken dishwasher and even a recommendation. He was very communicative and not pushy at all to try to get more work - he eventually recommended we purchase a new dishwasher as President's Day sales were coming up (as it would be too costly to repair the existing unit). Until then he put in a temporary fix. His office manager was always quick to reply by email or phone. The pricing was very good and I would gladly recommend D&M and use them again in the future."

"Excellent customer service. Wendell was polite and professional. He contacted me the same day as my request for service and the repair was done promptly. My dryer is now working well."

"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"Excellent tech. Good service provided."

"Excellent company. They got to the root of why my stove/oven would not work, and fixed it for a reasonable price. Plus, the workers were very kind and friendly. Highly recommend this company."

"The service was great, mike was very helpful and the techs explained every step. Very happy with them and would definitely recommend. Sick of big companies charging extreme prices! Mike gave me a very fair deal and held up in clean and quick work."

"Junior was able to fix my oven in 45 minutes! He was easy to work with and was even able to fix it the day I called. He has a wealth of knowledge about appliances and was able to work with a lesser known brand big companies didn’t want to help me with. Thank you!"
