Ron was very knowledgeable, great to work with. He explained the process and gave some suggestions. Job was started & completed on time and Ron was always available to contact. Bill did a great job, looks fantastic. My wife loves it! We had a small issue, Jeff came the next day, went above & beyond, great job. Looks like a new kitchen for way less $ than new cabinets. One caveat is we replaced 2 windows completely with bay windows and there is air seepage where there should be none if the installation had been done properly from the start. Also some of the wood framing had gaps. The temperature (winter) is as much as 10 - 12 degrees colder on the window sill than the thermostat area. <br /> I've requested a service call to investigate the air seepage issue and an appointment has been set. <br />"
