"Craig from "installers",came on 5/4/10, exactly at the agreed time. We wanted to improve the windows in our house but did not know exactly what to replace and what to repair. He gave us some excellent ideas and we did indeed have some of it repaired by Twin City Glass(another satisfactory story). On 5/13/10 Craig returned,brought some window models and we discussed some further options. Order time was to be about 4 weeks. Craig was knowledgeable, very pleasant ,easy to reach by phone and email, and punctual. We signed the contract and paid half. The work was started on 6/21 and completed on 6/23. The actual installers were skilled, motivated to stay on schedule, and did a very good job. Mike and Tim were punctual, trying hard to stay ahead of the rain. Craig was in daily to follow the progress and make sure things went smoothly. Except for having to schedule time to be at home, the whole thing was painless. And the windows look great! The shower is fine too and was a difficult job."
