"<p>The initial visit was OK, he did not come prepared, although I was very clear that we needed 1 drain in bathroom sink repaired.  And that the set was brushed silver.</p> <p>He thought I wanted the drain in the shower repaired.  He took the part and told me he would check with his suppliers for the drain in brushed silver.</p> <p>Several days later I received a call that he had the part ad would repair the sink.  He did come on the date and  time we set, but did not have the proper part.  He stated that he would have to go to Home Depot and needed cash for him to get the parts.  I gave him cash and he left.  About 20 minutes later he returned with a polished silver drain.  He stated that this was the only thing available. Even though it was the wrong color I had him fix the sink drain.</p> <p>The deal was for a certain amount with money toward the cost of repairs.  I ended up with a bill for $235.00 and the only credit I saw was for the cash I gave him to go get the part.</p> <br />"
