Once approved, I was guided through the various steps of making a shingle style and color selection and any other options I was being offered. Even after I made my choices, I decided to change my mind on a few items and without ANY hesitation on their part, they agreed with my final decisions, accepted them and encouraged me that I would be extremely happy with the end result, and I am 1000%!!! 2 days before the installation, all materials were delivered and placed on my property perfectly. The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines. At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. HONESTLY, I could not be happier with the entire working relationship with Rhino Back Roofing...they are wonderful to work with, honest, extremely helpful, very customer service oriented and will jump thru hoops to make the customer as comfortable as possible with projects such as replacing one's roof. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. Right now I need to repair the missing shingles. and he/ his company can not help me."
