It is a father and son company that provides the services themselves (no subcontracting). We were more concerned with quality and reputation rather than price (they were not the least expensive of the people we spoke to) but they did a great job of cleaning/protecting our roof and replacing our gutters, including the installation of gutter guards. Very responsive and professional in person and on the phone."

Now, there appeared to be cracks in the mortar holding various other tiles together, possibly resulting in water leaking through the roof. "Hired them to put a sealant on my metal awning roof on my back porch. They came and were proficient at doing the job and promised that if there were any leaks, they would come back and correct them. I had a couple leaks about a month after they came back and applied some tape on the underside to stop the leaks. This did not work so I called them again and asked them to come back to fix the leak I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks. They promised to come this week, but I have not heard from them. I realize they are busy, but I’m tired of having stuff wet on my back porch and that’s why I had this Done. It would be nice if they could give me a date and time when they could be here as I am leaving to go out of town on the 15th of this month."

Called Jason "after hours"  and he returned my phone call within 30 minutes.     He was able to explain the process.
I have never had my roof tiles cleaned before...and thought pressure washing would work.   No!    Not on tile roofs.
We chatted for atleast 20 minutes - and set up an appt for the next week.
He called the day prior to confirm the appointment.    Showed up on time.     Did an amazing job!
When I bought this house, the tile roof was black.    When he left, we were finally able to see the real color....a gorgeous terra cotta.
In pricing this job out, I tried to be cheap.    I went on craiglist and recieved tons of replies.    However, most were not licensed or insured.    They were also pricing out the job at the same price or more.....for pressure washing....which I learned IS NOT THE WAY to clean tile roofs.
So, thank you Jason and Roof Top Exteriors, for providing excellent service at a fair price.    I would recommend you any day of the week!

"Replacing a roof is not a glamorous task as there is lots of old roof debris to discard. Our house roof pitch and gable design didn’t make it easy to place a dumpster container in the driveway to slide everything into. Proguard Restoration and their crew manually removed all the debris on to tarps and hand carried them to the dumpster container. After everything was completed you would have never know they were there. Cleanup was perfect! There was even an issue with one of the tarps that accidentally went into the pool and Proguard Restoration had a Pool Company come and clean it afterwards. A special thanks to Randall Moore for the great communication throughout the entire process and for taking care of a few punch list items. We could not be more pleased with Proguard Restoration and would highly recommend them for any project. Thank You for our incredible new roof!!"

"It went well. Workers showed up on time, stuck with the job until it was finished. Owner suggested we replace skylights with low-E argon-filled double glass product. We did so and very happy with results. Everything about the job seemed very professional in plan and execution of plan. Good roofing work is not cheap."
