"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Follow up on Cobex construction company. Looking back over the past two years, my wife and I were looking back at the remodeling of our kitchen, installation of french doors in a our family room with access to a center courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator. It is a joy to come home every day and see the how beautiful, and open Cobex staff has made our home. All of our friends love all of the work and the difference it made. "I originally called Holden's Drywall but he was backlogged. He was kind enough to refer me to Central Coast Acoustic Ceilings. Chad was very accommodating in that he was willing to go over to the condo to give me a quote without me being there. This is a vacation home and I didn't want to make a special trip. Chad was very responsive not only with the quote but with my numerous questions about the job (I'm a detailed kind of person). He did the work on the date we agreed upon and he cleaned up the area when the job was done. There were a couple of imperfections (again, I am a very detailed person) and he came back to touch up those areas and did so with a positive attitude. He even sealed off some areas that were less than perfect prior to the job and were actually beyond the scope of the job. We no longer have popcorn ceilings (thank goodness!) and although I have not yet repainted, it appears that the re-texture was done well. I will use Chad and Central Coast Acoustic Ceilings again in the future if I need anymore work done."

Will and his guys are so professional, reliable, respectful and easy to work with. He gave us a very easy guild of what to expect in which order so we could pay him throughout the progress for what had been completed and never pay for work that hadn't been done. His work is a piece of art. As a kid he built custom cabinets and it shows in his work. Everything is very clean and finished well. He kept the site clean and picked up the best they could after each day. I don't have one negative experience throughout the whole process. His cost is a little higher than other companies but when you see the quality of the type of materials he uses the extra cost is just due to the quality which is worth it to me.</p> <br />"
