"The owner of this company, Sunder Khemlani, called me after I place a search on HomeAdvisor. I don t answer calls from numbers I don t recognize so he left a message. When I finally got time to return his call he was very helpful & professional. He told me he could come in the next few days & that his office would call me to make an appointment, which they did in the next hour or so. The person in the office who called to make our appointment was also very polite, professional & helpful; we made an appointment for 11:00 AM on Wednesday. The company sent a text to confirm the appointment on Tuesday & another reminder on Wednesday morning. Mr. Khemlani called me about 1/2 hour before the appointment to give me his ETA & was on time & ready to work at 11. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet.
