The initial start of the project was positive but then, because of not maintaining consistent communication with me, as the customer, with the status as to delays, I was dissatisfied and did write a complaint. There were delays with the the electric service company which Peter was not responsible for and had no control over. However, after writing my complaint, Peter did improve keeping me better informed as to the status of the project and projected completion. The job was completed to my satisfaction and most importantly, passed inspection from the City electrical service provider. He did go out of his way to help me avoid any additional expense which could have been imposed by the City. That is much appreciated. Peter did do an excellent job as reflected by the end result."
