It rained heavily in the weekend and we found shingles on the ground and the attic leaked. Since more rain is coming, we need to get it fixed ASAP. T Rock answered my call right away and promised to send someone the same day. Doyle and Aaron arrived around 6:15pm as promised. When he knows that we have very high deductible from the insurance company and we didn't replace the roof for many years, he suggested us to decrease the deductible and wait for the next heavy hail as big as golf. He didn't push us to replace it at all. He and Aaron even gave us some new shingles, put them with our old shingles back on roof, and caulked around tubes, for free! I was surprised by his generosity and integrity! I can't belive it when he told me that he won't charge me anything and he felt sorry that he can't help more currently with roof since our insurance deductible is too high. I will definitely recommend T Rock Roofing and use it for my future roof replacing."
