Ceiling repairs were done with extra care to identify and address the root cause for the leaks coming from an attic vent. Pressure tested and real-world rainstorms proved their quality work. A combination of new window sash kits for severely damaged windows and repairs to others helped save us money. Fresh paint, caulking and wood repairs have our 19 year old house looking new again. The crew was very professional, punctual and communicated very well with us. It took about 5 days to get everything done, and we were kind of sad when it was time for the guys to wrap things up. We found CMT through an Angi bid and are so glad we picked these guys for the best combo of value, quality and timing. "They did a great job on that. My dad had a granite countertop in the bathroom. I think they put some type of equipment on top of it, and it faded the granite in a couple of spots. I called immediately, and the owner sent the worker back out there. He just said he don't know how'd it happened because they covered it. They were like they didn't do anything to it. All I wanted them to do was just kind of like fix it or repolish it or something. So, it was a little spot very noticeable. My dad has a caregiver and even when she came the next day she noticed it. The two areas on the granite top were faded. They didn't try to fix it, they told me what I should do to try to fix it. The owner came back from vacation and called me and told me to put some type of car wash wax on it or something, but that didn't work. I thought the price was reasonable. The bathtub was excellent, but like I said they did do something that caused that spot on the granite top.They refinished the bathtub, but in the process, it seems like they damaged another part in the bathroom. It just seems like they put some equipment on top of that, like something that was hot or something that just kind of faded the gloss on the granite top. They were late getting out there that day. They said they had run behind on another job. They were hours late getting out there. They did a great job with the refinishing work, it was just some collateral damage, but they did a great job on that tub."

"These guys did a wonderful job. the team that did the measuring was the same one that did the installation. It was obvious that they worked together because everyone knew what to do without a lot of discussion. When they encountered obstacles, they did whatever they needed to to fix them -- including a trip to the hardware store to get materials to build out a frame so that the new window would sit out properly.
The windows were available at the early end of anticipated time and the installers were here shortly after that. We have a security system,so they had to deal with those wires, which they did very effectively. And they were neat and tidy. They put cloths under the windows to protect the floors and took their trash outside with them.  Ours was a two-day install and they cleaned up at the end of the first day and the second and hauled the old windows and all of the installation materials, packaging  and scraps away.  We are very pleased.
